Support for a Change...by Phone

Our experience is that change takes time. That's not something that I'd like to accept.  What I'd like is change to be instantaneous.  I realize that something needs to change...figure it out... and voila...I change!  That's what my head would like to have happen, and it doesn't work that way.  Certainly, that's what I want from my partner. I explain the problem and they change!  What's the big deal?

Change in a habit, a behavior, an attitude, a relationship can happen and it requires determination, persistence, consistency, and sometimes support, coaching, and retraining.  That may seem like a lot for something that should only take an instant... and then we have to reflect on how we got here and how long we've been doing this.

We help individuals and couples with the challenge of change a variety of ways.  One of those ways is with a telephone or internet VOiP session.  Sometimes a single session can be helpful and, often, an important change can be helped by a series of regular sessions or calls.

Our technology has helped us serve as support for couples and individuals from Chapel Hill to New Delhi, from the Black Forest of Germany to Oakland, California, from nearby Virginia to downtown Seattle.  While we believe that in-person work is extremely helpful, it is not always possible logistically and we've found phone work for people outside the immediate area to be surprisingly useful.  Moreover, in our hectic world, the ease of making time for a telephone session often eliminates one obstacle we put in the way of pursuing our personal growth.

Sometimes encouragement or a straight answer or a gentle prod from a supportive coach is just the kind of thing that is needed for a change. We work together as a team or one-on-one depending upon what you and the situation require. And there's no cost for our initial discussions... because the first thing we all need to know is whether working together is a good match.
